  • Private events require invitation acceptance from the invitee.

Event organizers are solely responsible for:
  • Legality of the event
  • Required permits and approvals
  • Safety of attendees
  • Invitation content

Consent to Invitations
Users confirm they have permission to use the phone numbers they send invitations to.

Anti-Spam Policy
The following are prohibited:
  • Sending unsolicited invitations
  • Unauthorized marketing use
  • Harassment of others
The app reserves the right to immediately suspend the account.

Explicit Consent — Startup Shield
Account creation or pressing "Accept Invitation" constitutes explicit consent to:
  • Receiving invitations
  • Having your attendance data visible within the event

Event Disclaimer
Da3wa Hub is not liable for:
  • Event cancellations
  • Disputes between users
  • Any damages resulting from attendance

Limitation of Liability
The platform shall not be liable for any financial or legal losses arising from use of the app.

Abuse & Misconduct
The platform reserves the right to terminate accounts for:
  • Using phone numbers without permission
  • Circumventing the system
  • Publishing content that violates the law

Service Termination
